What this covers
This policy covers the Aisty Cloud marketing site you are reading now. The Aisty Cloud application is a separate service. It uses a sign-in session to keep you logged in, and that is described inside the application rather than here.
What we store
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own. The only thing it keeps is your answer to the cookie notice, held in your browser's local storage under the name aisty-cookie-consent.
That value never leaves your device and is never sent to us. It exists so the notice stops appearing once you have answered it. Clearing your browser storage removes it, and the notice returns.
What we do not do
- No analytics or measurement cookies
- No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking
- No social media pixels or share-button trackers
- No profiling and no automated decisions about visitors
- No selling or sharing of visitor data, because none is collected
Third parties
Fonts, images, styles and scripts are all served from the same domain as the page. No content delivery network, font host or analytics provider receives your IP address when you view this site.
If any of that changes
If we ever introduce analytics or anything else that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before it loads, and this page will be updated before it ships. Refusing will stay as easy as accepting, and you will be able to withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Controlling storage in your browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear site data, usually under Privacy or Site settings. Blocking storage on this site has no effect other than the notice reappearing on each visit.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have rights over personal data held about you, including access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. This website does not collect personal data. If you have written to us or hold an account, contact support@aisty.ai and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, which in the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office.
